We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, Amex, cash, checks, HSA cards and Flex Spending funds as payment for services.

PCA will file all claims; however, it is your responsibility to be familiar with your plan benefits, i.e. copayment(s), deductible, and co-insurance.
